Modern, clean and comfortable stay to enjoy London. Positive: Excellent location, across the road from the tube. Lovely living space, washing machine in the kitchenette, nice spacious bathroom and comfy bed. The apartment owner, Nick, was quick to reply to texts. A perfect apartment for an extended stay in London! Negative: The stairs are quite steep and there was no lift (understandable in central London), we were on the second floor so there was only one flight of stairs.

Avoid at All Costs! Unprofessional Management and Broken Promises Negative: We had the worst rental experiences with this property secured via Booking.com. On one night of our stay, another unit renter in the building manually locked the deadbolt from the inside, leaving us completely stranded outside the flat at midnight without access to our room, our belongings, or even a bed to sleep in. Our key fob no longer worked. Booking.com instructed us to find an alternate place to stay safe, which we did. Despite our immediate calls, voicemails, and texts to the property manager, Nick, he did not respond until the next morning. Nick finally acknowledged and admitted the mistake of the unit renter, stating that he (Nick) would charge the other unit’s guest to cover this incident. We did meet Nick in person and he assured us to our faces that he would refund 1) our overnight stay at the hotel (we paid £260 = $349) which we were forced to book and for 2) the night we missed at the flat (prorated one day less). Nick asked us to send in the hotel bill, which we did. Since then, despite multiple attempts to follow up on the refund, Nick has completely ignored us. We have received no refund, no response, and no accountability from him. We contacted Booking.com and they have issued us a credit instead of a refund. It’s disappointing that both Nick the property manager and booking.com failed to take full responsibility for the mistake that took place. This experience was unacceptable, stressful, and handled with a complete lack of professionalism (especially by Nick). We recommend looking elsewhere, since the property manager Nick refused to reply and has reneged on his statement that he would refund us. Camden has plenty of great rental options. This is not one of them.

Positive: De lokatie was uitstekend, vlak bij de metro. Er was goede airco. De badkamer had vloerverwarming. Het bed in de slaapkamer lag heel goed. Er was een gerieflijke, goed uitgeruste keuken. Negative: Het zetelbed in de woonkamer lag niet comfortabel en er was regelmatig te koud of te heet water in de douche. De wc-bril was stuk en één van de handdoeken had vuile plekken. Er was een hoge, steile trap.

Positive: The space is very nice and well located.

Positive: Tolle Größe des Appartements. U-Bahn Station Camden Town liegt 50 m entfernt. Negative: Sehr laut in der Nacht am Wochenende. Keine Rückmeldung der Vermieter bei Rückfragen.
