Once is enough. Positive: Good location Negative: Property owner didn’t help in any issue asked. No reply, no answer to the questions. Let’s say cannot communicate at all. Cannot connect to Wifi. Heater not working.

Fine, but … really dirty :/ Positive: The apartment was spacious and very well located. It is clear that it was recently renovated. The property is situated directly across from a tube station, which makes it very easy to reach any part of the city. There are many shops, pubs, and bars in the surrounding area. Negative: I’ll start by saying that communication with the owner was really difficult. He didn’t respond to my messages, or his replies were very brief, and I wasn’t able to get all the information I was asking for. I was also not informed that the owner had changed since the time of my reservation, which meant that the conditions of the stay changed as well – including the fact that I would no longer be able to leave my luggage after check-out while waiting for my departure. However, the biggest issue was that the apartment was dirty. I’m not sure if our sheets had been changed, because I found a lot of hair from previous guests under the sheet. The worst thing, though, was the clogged drain in the bathroom. The water wouldn’t go down at all, so we decided to open the drain – and it was absolutely disgusting. It was full of hair and other dirt left by previous guests, which had blocked it completely. I’m sure the shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The floors and other surfaces were dusty. It all felt like it had just been quickly tidied up, but not properly cleaned. Cleaning up after others just to be able to take a shower or go to sleep is really the last thing I want to be doing on holiday :(

Positive: Muy buena ubicación justo enfrente del metro. Apartamento muy bien equipado, moderno y cómodo. Negative: Lo único malo fue que no estaba pasado el polvo cuando llegamos.

Great place would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Camden, thank you Positive: The property is modern and perfect for the two of us, perfect location. The stairs are steep but no problems as we were forewarned. Negative: Nothing
